One of the meanings of the three Ws in our name is to show we’re not just another agency serving up helpings of undigested creativity. We’re also about thinking and careful analysis. And we apply the three Ws across all our work.

Why

The essential first step is to understand your brand, your customers and what you want to achieve. Without that, any work we did would be creative guesswork. We nail our understanding – achieved through careful audits – by writing a watertight brief that we ask you to scrutinise before signing off.

Where

Ideas don’t just float in the air. They sit in a context, seen at a certain moment, carried in a particular medium. We can help you by identifying the most effective media – and we have a wide experience in everything from magazine ads to interactive touch screen displays at exhibitions. We know what works for what.

What

These are the ideas we come up with to determine what your brand or product or website look like. We initially present them as visual scamps outlining our thinking, using moodboards to capture the feeling and the tone of voice. It’s a process of discovery, creative leaps, and detailed fine-tuning.

Why rawww with three Ws?

Rawww

We often get asked why we spell rawww with three Ws. There are several reasons. One of which is because we put cutting edge technology (including the world wide web,) at the heart of what we do. Another is because it encapsulates 'why, where and what' a simple, direct and effective approach we take to all our work. A third is because it makes the name bigger and louder and more fun.

Put that together with the idea of raw stuff – un-cooked, in your face, gutsy, the real thing – and you have rawww. Raw creativity combined with careful thinking.
